Our Process

Our steps:

Firstly we assist clients by doing a budget planner. The client will be provided with a template budget planner to complete. If necessary, an online session/telephone call can be arranged to assist and answer any related queries. We require:

 

  1. Copy of Identity Document
  2. Proof of Address (Fica)
  3. Bank statement and Payslip (if assistance required with budget planner completion)

 

Client then provides us with completed budget planner and we will assess the budget and make some recommendations to improve. (Service free of charge).

 

If client is overindebted and struggling to pay debts or unable to pay necessary living expenses due to paying debt, we will assess your debt and consider different restructuring proposals to negotiate with Credit Providers and ensure we restructure debt in an affordable instalment. We then arrange a meeting (in person, zoom, telephone) to discuss the following:

 

  1. What is Debt Review
  2. How restructuring will relief debt and protect assets
  3. Pros and Cons of Debt Review
  4. Debt Review Process
  5. Timelines
  6. Cost (As per NCR guideline and as per National Credit Act first two instalments to Credit Providers utilised for cost)

 

To enable us to do above assessment and review restructuring options we will need:

 

  1. Mandate and Application
  2. Payslip
  3. Consent to do Credit Check

 

If you give me written instruction, after above discussion to proceed with debt review, I will submit application.
